- Audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026 were adopted.
- An equity dividend for the year ended March 31, 2026 was declared.
Board changes and related-party transactions approved
Board changes were cleared, including the reappointment of Sandeep Bakhshi as director, plus independent director appointments and a reappointment.
Shareholders also authorized material related-party transactions for FY2028 involving ICICI Prudential Life, ICICI Lombard, India Infradebt and ICICI Securities Primary Dealership.
