Nasdaq notice for late interim filing

ICZOOM Group Inc. said it received a Nasdaq notice for failing to file a Form 6-K with interim financial statements for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, putting it out of compliance with Listing Rule 5250(c)(2).

The notice has no immediate impact on trading. ICZOOM has until Sept. 14, 2026 to submit a compliance plan. Nasdaq could grant an extension through Dec. 28, 2026 if it accepts the plan.
