ICZOOM announces 5-for-1 share consolidation

ICZOOM will consolidate its shares 5-for-1, effective Sept. 15, 2026.

Trading on Nasdaq will be split-adjusted from the open Sept. 15 under symbol IZM; new CUSIP G4760B118.

The move targets regaining compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 5550(a)(2) to maintain its listing.

Class A shares outstanding will fall to about 1,637,722 from 8,188,610; Class B to about 765,900 from 3,829,500.
