IDT Q4 adjusted EBITDA rises on NRS segment gains

IDT•IDT’s fourth-quarter revenue rose 7% year over year to $339 million, while adjusted EBITDA increased 22% to $41.2 million. The company expects fiscal 2027 gross profit of $545 million to $555 million and adjusted EBITDA of $176 million to $180 million.
IDT reported fourth-quarter adjusted EBITDA of $41.2 million, up 22% year over year, and revenue of $339 million, up 7%. Adjusted EPS was $0.94, below the $0.98 consensus estimate from one analyst.
The company said new partnerships with Uber Eats, DoorDash and Grubhub, along with a recent acquisition, drove gains in its NRS segment. BOSS Money benefited from increased digital transaction volume and new product launches, while net2phone profitability improved due to new AI-powered solutions and an integration layer.
IDT expects gross profit of $545 million to $555 million and adjusted EBITDA of $176 million to $180 million in fiscal 2027. It expects continued topline expansion throughout the year.
