IHG signs management deal for 130-key voco Vrindavan, opening slated for 2031

IHG signed a management agreement with Vrindam Developers for a 130-room voco hotel in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, targeting an opening in the first quarter of 2031.

1. Hotel plans

The project will include 13 suites and 2,340 square metres of meeting space across six venues, including a 1,400-square-metre ballroom. It is part of a mixed-use scheme with serviced apartments and expands IHG’s planned North India pipeline alongside a Holiday Inn Express in nearby Mathura.
