IHG•IHG signed two Garner Hotels conversions in the UAE with Nooa Holdings, adding 285 keys to its pipeline. The hotels are expected to open in 2026, marking the brand’s Middle East debut.

IHG signed Garner Hotel Dubai Al Jaddaf and Garner Hotel Ras Al Khaimah Downtown as conversions with Nooa Holdings. The Ras Al Khaimah property will have 204 keys and the Dubai hotel 81; both are expected to open in 2026.
