Illumina priced $300 million of 4.95% notes due 2029 under an underwriting agreement led by J.P. Morgan and Citigroup.
Closing is expected Aug. 17, subject to customary conditions.
Net proceeds, together with cash on hand, are earmarked to repay its 4.65% notes due Sept. 9, 2026.
