The 4,000,000 warrants issued May 29, 2023, originally set to expire May 29, 2026, now expire May 29, 2028 at $0.05 per share; 26,928,570 warrants issued October 31, 2023, originally expiring October 31, 2026, now expire October 31, 2028 at $0.05 per share; and 12,300,000 warrants issued October 31, 2024, originally expiring October 31, 2027, now expire October 31, 2029 and have been repriced from $0.07 to $0.05 per share.
