Immatics publishes presentation on IMA402 Phase 1b results in advanced solid tumors

1. IMA402 trial results
IMA402, with or without pembrolizumab, achieved a 25% confirmed objective response rate among 40 patients at the June 1, 2026, cutoff. Among 22 PRAME-high melanoma patients, confirmed responses reached 32%, median response duration was 12.5 months, and one-year overall survival was 91%; all had received prior immune checkpoint inhibitors. Grade 3 or higher treatment-related adverse events occurred in 52% of 126 patients, and no IMA402-related deaths occurred.
