Immunocore reports 70% two-year survival in metastatic uveal melanoma combination trial
IMCR•Immunocore reported 70% two-year survival in a trial of brenetafusp combined with Kimmtrak for metastatic uveal melanoma. The Phase 1/2 results showed sustained tumor responses and manageable side effects, with no new safety signals.
1. Combination trial results
Immunocore presented Phase 1/2 results for brenetafusp combined with Kimmtrak in metastatic uveal melanoma on November 6, 2026. The combination showed sustained tumor responses and encouraging survival outcomes in previously untreated patients, with manageable side effects and no new safety signals.
2. Further evaluation planned
An oral presentation of the results is scheduled for November 7, 2026, at the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer meeting. Immunocore plans a randomized Phase 2/3 trial, DUET-UVEAL, to further evaluate the combination in adults with unresectable or metastatic uveal melanoma.
