Immutep publishes presentation on IMP761 Phase I study
IMMP•Immutep published interim Phase I results for IMP761, reporting exposure-dependent suppression of immune responses in 60 healthy volunteers, no severe or serious adverse events, and pharmacokinetic findings supporting dosing every four weeks at higher dose levels.
1. Interim study results
The placebo-controlled study in 60 healthy volunteers found significant, exposure-dependent suppression of KLH-induced immune responses. IMP761 was well tolerated across tested doses, with no severe or serious adverse events reported; pharmacokinetic findings supported dosing every four weeks at higher dose levels of 2.5–14 mg/kg. Preclinical testing also showed significantly reduced T-cell proliferation and activation in samples from rheumatoid arthritis patients.
