Special shareholder meeting and extension proposals
Inception Growth Acquisition will hold a special shareholder meeting in Hong Kong SAR on a date in 2026.
Shareholders will vote on extending the deadline to complete a business combination to Feb. 13, 2027 from Aug. 13, 2026.
A related trust agreement change would allow up to six one-month extensions through Feb. 13, 2027, funded by deposits of $0.05 per non-redeemed public share each month.
The meeting also includes a proposal to adjourn if needed to secure enough votes to pass the extension items.
