Independence Realty Trust and Centerspace agree to all-stock merger

Sept. 9 (Reuters) - Independence Realty Trust IRT.N and Centerspace CSR.N said on Wednesday they would merge in an all-stock transaction, with the combined company valued at about $8.1 billion.
