Independence Realty Trust filed an amended Form 8-K to correct a typographical error in the EDGARized merger agreement with Centerspace.
- The cross-reference in Section 8.03(a)(iii) was corrected to “Section 8.01(h)” from “Section 8.01(g)”.
- The earlier Exhibit 2.1 filed with the initial Sept. 9, 2026 8-K was withdrawn and replaced with the corrected version.
