India lifts ban on JPMorgan unit over index manipulation charge, sources say

India's markets regulator on Wednesday lifted a trading ban on a unit of JPMorgan Chase & Co, two sources familiar with the matter told Reuters.

Copthall Mauritius Investment Ltd, an entity of the U.S. bank, continues to be banned from the closing auction session pending investigations, the sources said, declining to be named on a confidential matter.
