Indika Energy unit forms renewable energy venture with Mentari Sinergi Investasi, PLN Nusantara Renewables
INDY•Indika Energy subsidiary Indika Empat Mitra Sumbawa formed Mentari Bhinneka Nusantara Sumbawa on October 19, 2026, with paid-up capital of Rp 2.5 billion. Indika Empat Mitra Sumbawa owns 35.7%, Mentari Sinergi Investasi 34.3% and PLN Nusantara Renewables 30%.

Indika Empat Mitra Sumbawa formed Mentari Bhinneka Nusantara Sumbawa (MBNS) on October 19, 2026. The venture will operate in renewable power generation and business consulting, with paid-up capital of Rp 2.5 billion. Indika Empat Mitra Sumbawa holds 35.7%, Mentari Sinergi Investasi owns 34.3% and PLN Nusantara Renewables holds 30%.
2. Parent company impact
Indika Energy indirectly owns 33.95% of MBNS, which will not be consolidated into its financial statements. The venture supports renewable energy diversification and has no material impact on the parent’s operations, legal or financial condition, or business continuity.
