Indonesia Energy drills K-29 well past 2,500 feet, targets 3,400-foot total depth

Indonesia Energy Corporation said its K-29 well in Sumatra’s Kruh Block is drilling on schedule, reaching more than 2,500 feet.
Total depth is planned at about 3,400 feet, with the targeted reservoir zone expected at roughly 3,000 feet.
The company plans coring in the target zone to guide stimulation, then proceed to logging, casing, cementing, perforation, and production readiness.
Next drilling location and conference presentation
Following K-29 completion, drilling is slated to move to the WK-5 wellsite within the 63,000-acre Kruh Block.
IEC’s president is scheduled to present at the EnerCom Energy Investment Conference on Aug. 19.
