IFRX•InflaRx announced publication of previously reported Phase 1 results for oral izicopan, which was well tolerated across evaluated doses in 86 healthy participants, with no serious adverse events.

Treatment rapidly suppressed targeted inflammatory signaling, with sustained activity and drug exposure increasing with dose. InflaRx said the results support Phase 2 development in immune-inflammatory diseases.
