Glaukos presents plans to expand iDose glaucoma therapy pipeline

Glaukos said its iDose pipeline includes TRIO in Phase 3b, where patient enrollment is complete, and TREX, which is advancing through a Phase 2b/3 program. A new Phase 3 analysis found iDose TR was noninferior to topical timolol at three years; the therapy received FDA approval for repeat administration in January 2026.

Glaukos said it launched Epioxa commercially in March 2026 as the first FDA-approved epithelium-on treatment for keratoconus. Revenue grew more than 30% in 2025, and its 10-year compound annual growth rate exceeded 20%.
