InflaRx presented results at Kidney Week 2026 showing that oral izicopan reduced kidney injury in hamster models and improved kidney function markers and tissue damage. Reductions in kidney fibrosis were not statistically significant; structural modeling indicated a potentially lower drug-interaction risk than avacopan.
