ISG released its 2026 global Procurement Services Provider Lens report evaluating 28 providers across three quadrants and naming ten firms as Leaders in all categories. Wipro earned global CX Star Performer recognition in Procurement BPO, while Cognizant and ProcureAbility secured Rising Star status in two quadrants.

ISG has published its 2026 global Procurement Services Provider Lens report evaluating the capabilities of 28 service providers across three quadrants: Procurement Operations Modernization Services, Strategic Sourcing & Category Management, and Supplier Management and Contract Lifecycle Services. Customized versions of the report are available through select partners to address specific enterprise needs.

2. Provider Rankings

The assessment names Accenture, Capgemini, Corcentric, Deloitte, Genpact, GEP, HCLTech, IBM, Infosys and TCS as Leaders in all three quadrants, with PwC recognized as a Leader in two. Cognizant and ProcureAbility earn Rising Star status in two quadrants, while Tech Mahindra and Wipro each secure leadership and rising star positions in individual categories.

3. AI-Driven Procurement Enhancements

The report highlights the shift toward AI-enabled, data-driven procurement processes that standardize request intake, automate decision-making and strengthen governance. Enterprises integrating AI into sourcing, contracting and accounts payable achieve faster cycle times, higher accuracy and greater visibility into spending and supplier risks.
