INFYINFY

Infosys and Cognition will deploy Devin AI engineer with Topaz Fabric across internal and client ecosystems to boost developer productivity, automate modernization and reduce time-to-market for global enterprises. Infosys also integrates AWS’s Amazon Q Developer with Topaz to automate SDLC pipelines and streamline HR, recruitment and vendor management tasks.

1. Infosys and Cognition Forge AI Engineering Partnership

Infosys has signed a multi-year strategic collaboration with Cognition to integrate the AI software engineer Devin into Infosys’ Topaz Fabric™ ecosystem. After a six-month pilot demonstrating a 30% uplift in code quality metrics and a 25% reduction in defect cycle time, Infosys will embed Devin within its 200+ global engineering delivery centers and client projects. Jointly developed industry-specific blueprints will address brownfield modernization, technical-debt reduction and autonomous incident resolution, supported by co-innovation labs in Bengaluru and San Francisco. The Financial Services practice is leading initial deployments, applying Devin and Topaz Fabric to accelerate development lifecycles across banking, payments, capital markets, insurance and wealth management engagements.

2. Infosys Teams with AWS on Generative AI Roll-Out

In parallel, Infosys has inaugurated a strategic alliance with Amazon Web Services to combine Infosys Topaz™ and Amazon Q Developer. Pilot programs in software development, HR recruitment and vendor management reported a 40% faster task completion rate and a 20% drop in manual effort for documentation and testing activities. Infosys plans to roll out the joint offering to over 100 global clients in manufacturing, telecom, consumer goods and financial services by Q3 2026. The collaboration leverages AWS Bedrock for real-time personalization in sports and entertainment, and Amazon Q Developer’s code generation capabilities to standardize processes across 59 countries and a workforce exceeding 320,000 employees.
