Infosys scored 83% client satisfaction to rank first in European banking IT services, up three points from 2024/25, and topped the Nordics financial services. It placed among the top three Exceptional Performers in overall financial services and cloud & infrastructure, and was named a Strong Performer in insurance and applications.

Infosys achieved an 83% general satisfaction score in Europe’s banking IT services category, up three percentage points from 2024/25, leading all providers. The result reflects high marks for service delivery quality, account management, pricing, innovation, and transformation capabilities in banking engagements.
2. Nordics Financial Services Ranking
In a Nordic financial services survey of over 450 IT-spending organizations, Infosys topped provider satisfaction by excelling in value for money, security, and consistent execution across banking, insurance, and broader financial services projects.
3. Exceptional Performer Recognitions
The company also placed among the top three Exceptional Performers across overall financial services and cloud & infrastructure services in Europe, demonstrating leadership in managed infrastructure, data center support, IaaS, and PaaS through its cloud offerings.
4. Strong Performance in Insurance and Application Services
Infosys was named a Strong Performer in insurance IT services and application services in Europe, highlighting its expertise in application development, maintenance, testing, and advanced methodologies such as DevOps and Scrum.
