1. AI First Value Framework

Infosys's AI First Value Framework defines six strategic value pools across AI Strategy & Engineering, Data for AI, Process AI, Agentic Legacy Modernization, Physical AI, and AI Trust. It aims to help enterprises implement scalable AI architectures, prepare AI-ready data, embed AI agents into workflows, modernize legacy systems, and ensure ethical governance while pursuing $300–400B in AI services revenue by 2030.

2. Anthropic Collaboration

Infosys partnered with Anthropic to integrate generative AI and autonomous agent capabilities into its Infosys Topaz suite. The collaboration expands service offerings and temporarily weighed on shares when the partnership announcement triggered a swift selloff, though the stock rebounded as investors assessed long-term growth potential.

3. Client Adoption and Projects

Infosys is collaborating on AI initiatives with 90% of its top 200 clients and has more than 4,600 AI projects underway. The company launched over 30 new service offerings within its AI framework and leverages both proprietary and third-party tools to deliver AI-driven transformation at scale.
