InfuSystem beats Q3 profit estimates on oncology, wound care growth

InfuSystem said Q3 revenue rose 3% to $37.59 million, slightly above the $37.28 million analyst estimate. Adjusted EPS was $0.15, compared with the $0.13 estimate, and net income was $3.16 million.
2. Growth and guidance
The company said higher Oncology revenue and strong Wound Care performance, including compression therapy product lines, drove growth. Restructuring its GE Healthcare contract reduced costs more than revenue, while lower ERP project expenses contributed to reduced general and administrative costs. InfuSystem reaffirmed 2026 pro-forma revenue growth guidance of 6% to 8% and expects an adjusted EBITDA margin in the low-to-mid 20% range.
