Ingalls Shipbuilding division will hold an on-site hiring event for experienced trade workers from 8 a.m. to noon on June 6 at the Ingalls Maritime Training Academy in Pascagoula, Mississippi. Attendees can meet hiring managers, learn about career paths and may receive contingent job offers on the spot.

2. Compensation and Benefits

Experienced trades at Ingalls Shipbuilding earn more than $75,000 annually following an 18% base wage increase implemented in March. Additional benefits include holiday pay, medical plan options and financial wellness and career support services.

3. Shipbuilding Operations and Backlog
