InnovAge presented at the Wells Fargo 21st Annual Healthcare Conference, outlining its scaled, vertically integrated PACE payor-provider model for dual-eligible seniors.
The company said its network footprint includes 20 care centers across six states, with about 8,230 participants and about 2,500 employees.
Financial performance and operating metrics
Revenue rose to USD 1.09 billion in FY2026 from USD 688 million in FY2023, with adjusted EBITDA of USD 105 million.
Adjusted EBITDA margin reached 9.3% in 4QFY2026; operating cash flow totaled USD 64.7 million over the trailing 12 months.
