eVTOL avionics and display agreement

Innovative Solutions and Support entered a development and purchase agreement to supply main display systems and avionics architecture for a next-generation eVTOL program.

Early engineering work is slated for late 2026.
Initial production is targeted for the second half of 2027.
Run-rate production is expected in 2028.
Total contract value could exceed $50 million for forward-fit orders, with additional aftermarket and services revenue potential.
The customer holds more than 400 eVTOL orders, and ISS systems are set to support a targeted 2028 full-scale commercial launch.
