License agreement with Spero
Innovent Biologics signed an exclusive license with Spero Therapeutics for IBI355 (SP001), a Phase 2-ready Fc-silent anti-CD40L antibody.
Spero secured global rights excluding Greater China; Innovent retained rights for Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
