Har-Even led development of Iron Dome, David’s Sling, and Trophy systems and will leverage his autonomous systems expertise to support Innoviz’s LiDAR expansion.

Har-Even served as President and CEO of Rafael Advanced Defense Systems from 2016 to 2024, overseeing the development and global deployment of Iron Dome, David’s Sling, and Trophy Active Protection systems; he also held senior operational roles in the Israel Defense Forces.
His deep expertise in autonomous systems and international defense business development is expected to drive InnovizSMART adoption among defense and homeland security customers and foster new partnerships for LiDAR deployments in demanding environments.
