Inogen Q2 FY26 GAAP net loss narrows to $3.9 million; revenue rises 3% to $95.1 million

The company raised full-year adjusted EBITDA guidance to about $4 million, and updated its full-year revenue outlook to $355 million-$361 million.
Inogen said Q3 revenue is expected to be roughly in line with Q3 2025.
It also launched the Rove 6 portable oxygen concentrator in Canada, completed LPLV for the Simeox H SCOPE Study in China, and named Andy Reding as COO.
Q2 results improve on higher revenue and margins
Inogen posted Q2 2026 revenue of $95.1 million, up 3% year over year, driven by higher international demand and favorable foreign exchange.
GAAP net loss narrowed to $3.9 million. Adjusted EBITDA rose 15.2% to $2.4 million, while gross margin edged up 0.7 percentage points to 45.5%.
International growth offsets softer U.S. performance
International revenue climbed 14.8% to $41.3 million.
