Inseego presents expanded wireless broadband portfolio following Nokia FWA acquisition

Inseego completed the acquisition of Nokia’s FastMile global fixed wireless access business on October 1, 2026. Nokia holds approximately 11% ownership, excluding warrants, following a $10 million cash equity investment. First-year support for the acquired business totals up to $38 million, subject to conditions; Nokia also paid a separate $10 million engineering support payment on October 15 for first-year technology collaboration. A next-generation enterprise fixed wireless access platform is scheduled to launch in early 2027.
