Inspired Entertainment to hold annual say-on-pay votes after shareholder support

Inspired Entertainment set annual advisory say-on-pay votes, following majority support for an annual frequency at the May 27, 2026 meeting.
The board will keep the annual schedule until the next required say-on-frequency vote, due no later than the 2032 annual meeting.
