Intapp expands partnership with Moody’s to embed counterparty intelligence in Celeste workflows

The capability is available now for Intapp customers with an active Moody’s data subscription, and no additional Intapp licensing is required.

Celeste will surface Moody’s risk signals, entity screening, ownership structures, and company intelligence through natural-language queries inside Intapp applications.

The integration uses the Model Context Protocol standard, enabling programmatic access to Moody’s data and analytics through an MCP server.

Intapp expanded its strategic partnership with Moody’s to embed Moody’s counterparty and credit intelligence into Intapp Celeste workflows.

The integration targets legal, private capital, and accounting clients, with the aim of reducing platform switching during deal execution, onboarding, and portfolio monitoring.
