KKR.N agrees to acquire Integer Holdings in an all-cash deal valued at about $5.7 bln
- Integer shareholders will receive $127/share in cash, representing a 4.8% premium to Integer's last closing price of $121.21
- Integer's board unanimously approved the deal after a strategic review and is recommending shareholders vote in favor
- After the deal closes, expected by the end of 2026, Integer becomes a private company and its shares no longer trade on the NYSE
Quarterly results also topped estimates
- Separately, Integer reports Q2 sales of $464 mln and adjusted EPS of $1.60, both of which topped analysts' estimates, as per LSEG data
