Integra Resources Taps 25-Year Engineering Veteran for DeLamar Project VP Role

Integra Resources has appointed Scott Guay as Vice President, Project Development, effective March 2, 2026, to oversee engineering, procurement, construction management and project controls across its development-stage assets. Guay, with over 25 years of engineering and project delivery experience, will advance the DeLamar Project in Idaho toward construction.

In this role, he will oversee engineering, procurement, construction management and project controls across the company’s development-stage portfolio, with a primary focus on advancing the flagship DeLamar Project in Idaho toward construction.

2. Background and Impact

Guay brings over 25 years of engineering and project delivery experience, including senior leadership roles at Kinross Gold Corporation managing large-scale mine expansions and restarts across multiple continents. His addition is intended to strengthen Integra’s internal execution capabilities, de-risk project delivery and accelerate the transition of DeLamar from study to construction.
