Intellistake says NanoAi begins R&D integration work with Gentex RAILINK helmet system
GNTX•NanoAi, a proposed acquisition target of Intellistake, has begun work to integrate its standoff sensing technology with Gentex’s RAILINK power and data rail system. The proposed acquisition remains pending.
1. Integration work begins
NanoAi took possession of Gentex’s Ops-Core RAILINK power and data rail system and has started hands-on development to integrate its standoff sensing technology toward a connected, threat-detection-enabled helmet platform.
2. Planned development
NanoAi plans to collaborate with Gentex engineers over the coming months on a headborne system that shares power and data. Its sensing technology targets contactless, real-time detection of explosives, ammunition and narcotics across wearable, drone, vehicle and fixed platforms.
3. Acquisition remains pending
If Intellistake’s proposed acquisition closes, NanoAi would become its wholly owned subsidiary.
