SambaNova plans to use the investment to scale production of its SN50 chip, enhance its SambaCloud platform and integrate expanded enterprise software offerings.

4. Strategic AI Partnership

Under a multi-year alliance, Intel and SambaNova will integrate SN50 RDUs with Intel Xeon processors and networking products to deliver AI inference systems for data centers in the second half of 2026.
