Inter Parfums announces annual shareholder meeting

Inter Parfums will hold its annual shareholder meeting in New York on Sept. 15, 2026.
Shareholders will vote to elect nine directors to serve until the next annual meeting.
The agenda includes a non-binding vote on executive compensation for named executive officers.
Investors will also vote on a 10-year extension of the 2016 Stock Option Plan term to June 27, 2036.
