On February 10, Intercontinental Exchange rolled out a redesigned user interface for its Managed Service Provider platform. The update focuses on streamlined navigation, intuitive servicing workflows and enhanced data access to support faster decision-making by servicers.
2. Next Phase of Enhanced Servicing Automation
Simultaneously, ICE initiated phase two of its enhanced servicing automation program. This phase targets reduced manual processing through automated workflows and exception handling, aiming to drive scalability and lower operational costs for mortgage servicers.
