InterCure reached a final settlement for war-related indirect damages totaling NIS 230 million, covering disruption from the Oct. 7, 2023 attacks.
Canndoc’s main cultivation and production site at Kibbutz Nir Oz was severely damaged and rendered inoperable, pressuring output and results.
The prior claim exceeded NIS 300 million; NIS 101 million had already been received as advance payments.
Settlement funds are set to accelerate rehabilitation of the Nir Oz facility, targeting a return to full production.
Restored capacity is expected to support expansion, with focus on supplying the German medical cannabis market.
