2. Revenue drivers and outlook
The company said results benefited from $36.2 million in catch-up revenue, up from $17.7 million in the third quarter of 2025, new PC and IoT license agreements, and record annualized recurring revenue of $629 million. InterDigital expects fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of $154 million to $160 million, full-year revenue of $813 million to $819 million, and full-year non-GAAP EPS of $11.99 to $12.25.
