IONS• First patient dosed in ASCEND trial
- Ionis Pharmaceuticals dosed the first participant in the Phase 1-2 ASCEND trial of ION337 for Dravet syndrome.
- The open-label study will test safety in children ages 2-12 and includes a 6-month single ascending dose phase.
- The program will then move to a 24-month multiple ascending dose phase with intrathecal dosing every 6 months.
