IP Strategy Migrates IP Tokens to DATA as Network Registers 1.5B Records
IPST•IP Strategy Holdings will automatically convert existing $IP tokens to $DATA tokens on a one-to-one basis following the launch of DATA Network, which incorporates Kled’s 1.5 billion registered user-contributed records. The company also rolled out Trace for on-chain auditability and introduced the Poseidon-backed Numo app for real-time contributor payouts.
1. Token Migration to $DATA
IP Strategy Holdings announced that all existing $IP tokens will be converted to $DATA tokens on a one-to-one basis with no action required by current holders. This seamless migration aligns the company’s treasury reserve policy with the new DATA Foundation framework, reinforcing its long-term exposure to programmable intellectual property infrastructure.
2. Launch of DATA Network and Kled Integration
The newly launched DATA Network serves as an infrastructure for AI data provenance, licensing, monetization, and auditability. Kled has begun registering 1.5 billion user-contributed records on the network, enabling licensing rails, contributor receipts, and stablecoin payouts to operate on-chain and creating an auditable framework for AI training data.
3. Introduction of Trace and Numo
DATA Foundation introduced Trace, a public audit and search platform that generates immutable receipts for data contributions, allowing enterprises to verify provenance, consent, and chain of custody at scale. The Poseidon-backed contributor app Numo also launched, offering real-time stablecoin payouts to data contributors and further integrating the stack for sourcing and verifying AI training datasets.
