IperionX posts June-quarter cash of US$35.2 million, targets 200 tpa titanium powder run-rate by end-2026

The company said it priced 2,275,000 ADSs at USD 21.98 for about USD 50 million in gross proceeds. Pro-forma cash was about USD 84 million, including a USD 2.4 million reimbursement.
Titan DFS metrics completed in June
The company said the Titan DFS completed in June showed an after-tax NPV8 of USD 813 million, an after-tax IRR of 39.4%, a payback period of 3.6 years, and after-tax free cash flow of USD 1.9 billion over 14 years.
Cash position and government funding
Cash at June 30 was USD 35.2 million. IperionX said remaining obligated reimbursable U.S. government funding totaled USD 37.1 million, including USD 2.9 million incurred but not yet reimbursed.
June-quarter operations and production update
IperionX said its Virginia titanium powder operations ran 24/7 in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, but output was temporarily reduced by furnace downtime before the ramp-up cadence resumed. The company said it is targeting run-rate capacity of about 200 tpa of titanium powder by end-2026, and that development of its GenX continuous HAMR platform continued.
