iPower announces special shareholder meeting

iPower will hold a virtual special stockholder meeting in August 2026.

Investors will vote on authorizing up to $30 million of common stock issuance tied to the planned acquisition of Pacelor.

Ballots will also cover authorizing up to $10 million of common stock issuance for one or more potential financings.

Shareholders will vote on a proposal to adjourn the meeting if needed to secure enough votes or a quorum.
