IQSTEL Joins Digital Health Market with Multi-Billion-Dollar MOU, Plans ITW 2026 Launch
IQSTEL signed a non-binding MOU with a digital health technology company to enter the multi-billion-dollar digital health market, leveraging its telecom platform linking over 600 operators and 2.3 billion end users. The partnership will integrate AI-driven IoT devices, remote monitoring and cloud analytics, with solutions debuting at ITW 2026.
1. Strategic MOU for Digital Health Entry
IQSTEL signed a non-binding commercial MOU with a leading digital health technology firm to strategically enter the multi-billion-dollar digital health sector. This agreement marks a pivot from its core telecom services to scalable, high-margin health solutions, aligning with its broader transformation into a high-tech platform company.
2. Leveraging Global Telecom Platform
The partnership will use IQSTEL's existing network of over 600 telecom operator interconnections and access to about 2.3 billion end users to distribute IoT-based medical devices, remote patient monitoring systems and AI-driven analytics worldwide. This model allows rapid global deployment without significant new infrastructure investment.
3. Go-to-Market and Investor Engagement
IQSTEL plans to unveil the joint digital health offerings at International Telecoms Week in Washington, D.C., from May 18 to 21, 2026, targeting leading global operators. An investor call on April 7 will review Q4 and FY2025 results, outline the digital health strategy and host a live Q&A session.
