IsoEnergy Hits 43,160 cps Over 0.5m, Resumes 8,000m Summer Drilling
ISOU•IsoEnergy has restarted its summer drilling program at the Hurricane South Trend, intersecting 11,075 cps over 3.5 m and 43,160 cps over 0.5 m in hole LE26-250, confirming L Fault Zone continuity. The 8,000 m, 20-hole campaign targets the Larocque East project, which holds 48.6 Mlb Indicated U3O8 at 34.5%.
1. Resumption of Drilling
IsoEnergy has resumed its summer diamond drilling at the Larocque East project’s Hurricane South Trend after a temporary suspension for safety, with two holes in progress and four completed totaling approximately 2,100 m drilled to date.
2. Strong Initial Intercepts
Hole LE26-250 intersected 11,075 cps over 3.5 m, including 43,160 cps over 0.5 m, and all four completed holes returned elevated radioactivity, confirming continuity of mineralization along the newly identified L Fault Zone.
3. Program Scope and Targets
The summer campaign is designed for up to 8,000 m of drilling across 20 holes, aiming to expand Hurricane mineralization beyond the current resource footprint and build on prior winter intercepts such as 4.21% U3O8 over 3.5 m in hole LE26-248.
4. Resource Base and Land Expansion
The Hurricane deposit hosts a mineral resource of 48.6 Mlb Indicated U3O8 at 34.5% and 2.7 Mlb Inferred U3O8 at 2.2% at an average depth of 325 m, supported by infrastructure 40 km from the McClean Lake mill; strategic staking added 61,830 ha and optioned 31,293 ha to enhance exploration corridors.
