IT Tech Packaging disclosed the resignation of auditor Montis CPA Limited, effective Aug. 27, 2026.
The exit followed an unresolved dispute over accounting, disclosure and characterization of a US$1.05 million loan to the CEO.
The audit committee said the US$1.05 million transfer was payment for equipment purchases.
Montis was engaged April 22, 2026 to audit the year ended Dec. 31, 2025.
No audit report was issued during the engagement period.
