Itaú Unibanco controller sells R$ 6.56 million of preferred shares in September internal dealing
ITUB•Itaú Unibanco disclosed sales of 164,720 preferred shares for R$ 6.97 million and a purchase of 2,990 shares for R$ 124,712. Itaúsa bought 89,200 preferred shares for R$ 1.25 million.
1. September share dealings
Itaú Unibanco disclosed that its controller’s preferred-share holding fell to 28,967,232 from 29,128,962 after sales of 164,720 shares and a purchase of 2,990 shares. The sales totaled R$ 6.97 million, at prices from R$ 41.40947 to R$ 43.18006 per share; the purchase cost R$ 124,712 at R$ 41.70970 per share.
2. Itaúsa holdings
Itaúsa bought 89,200 Itaú Unibanco preferred shares for R$ 1.25 million at prices ranging from R$ 13.84675 to R$ 14.23. Its preferred-share position rose to 1,309,436,732 from 1,309,347,532, while its common-share holding remained at 2,453,270,164.
